I use this liner in conjunction with my Hydrogen +30 Down Sleeping Bag by Marmot. It is advertised to add 15 degrees of warmth but I think that is not completely accurate. I estimate that you should get an extra 10 degrees of warmth. Whenever a product advertises a claim of added warmth I recommend being conservative with that number and prepare for the worst case.The Thermolite sleeping bag liner is compact, very lightweight and comes with its own stuff sack. Thermolite is a hollow-core fiber that provides excellent warmth for its weight. It has breathable nylon fibers and the material is very thin yet it does provide added warmth. However, don't expect this guy to work wonders.
