The case is not 14.75 x 1.75 as the product description says; it's actually 5 x 2.5 overall with the usable space is 4 x 2.5 (more consistent with what the picture shows than the written description). ... Seattle Sports CO does make a tall skinny one that is probably closer to 14.75 x 1.75 to put folded maps in; but this one is not it. I'm not complaining because again, this is exactly what I was trying to find, I'm just trying to prevent someone who might be looking for the map case from buying the wrong product. This review is from: Seattle Sports Dry Doc Waterproof ID Case (Pack of 2) (Sports) Seattle Sports Dry Doc waterproof ID cases, made in China, one year guarantee I tested them out by putting some paper in each one and submerging them in a sink full of water. After several hours, no leaks and the paper came out dry. As another reviewer said, the size listed by the seller is not correct, these are just big enough for a credit card. The opening is a little bit of a tight fit for a credit card to go in but once down inside, it fits perfectly with a little room to spare.
